Dear Family,
It looks like there is enough interest in the Winter Jam concert Thursday night to warrant going. Tickets are $10, general admission so there is no need to buy a block in advance–in fact it is not even possible to do so. Tickets are sold on a first-come-first served basis at the doors, which open at 6 PM; concert begins at 7. However, people have been known to line up on the sidewalk as early as 3 PM to get the best seats! That would not be me!
However, I suggest that those who wish to go meet at the Windmill Bakery parking lot (by DQ on 41) at 5:30 and we will drive down together rather than try to meet in the crowd at the doors. If you are unable to meet at the Windmill, contact me and we can make other arrangements. I am not planning to attend the concert myself, but I will be transporting to and from.
