Dear Family,
I hope this Advent affords you enough peace to be amazed once again that the eternal Word of God became flesh in a tiny baby born to a teenage girl in a dirty animal stable. May our amazement draw us together in worship this season.
Here are a few details concerning FBC’s schedule for the next two weeks:
- Sunday worship services for 12/14 and 12/21 will be at Cambridge at 9:00 A.M. In addition, we will be holding a Christmas Eve service at 5 P.M. at Cambridge.
- This Sunday, 12/14, the high school students and leaders will meet at the Grimm’s at 4:00 P.M. for a Christmas party. Please bring a gift for our bad Santa gift exchange–could be something you don’t want, but someone else might! Extra points for those attired in ugly Christmas sweaters.
- Also this Sunday, 12/14, the Kerrs will host an FBC Christmas open house. Please join us any time between 6-8 P.M. for food and friendship. If you would like to come please contact us and let us know how many will be in your party by Saturday evening to help us prepare.
