Hello Family-
We just wanted to let everyone know that Youth Group this Sunday will be a Family Service Project. We will be meeting at Dan and Ellen Grimm’s house at 2pm before splitting up into groups to tackle a few projects. Our projects include helping to get leaves raked in a few yards, assisting in the Glenwood Community Garden, and visiting a group home of special needs women.
We will start at the Grimm’s at 2pm and go until about 4:30. Please dress warmly! Bring any rakes you may have on hand at your house. If you have a truck, it might be beneficial to drive, as we will need to transport rakes and possibly leaves. In addition, you may want to pack bottles of water or a thermos of hot cocoa for your family. Please feel free to bring out the whole family!
If you could let us know if you plan on being there, we would really appreciate it. We want to make sure we have enough drivers/supervision!!!
